We have expanded to over 170 Goldsmiths stores and have achieved tremendous business growth in recent times and are set to expand and grow further over the coming years with an exciting program of new branch openings and store refurbishments.
We are looking to support this expansion and have fantastic Management Opportunities arising within the group.
As an integral part of Goldsmiths Management teams you will:
• Be an inspirational consultative sales driver and motivate a focussed sales team without compromising our customer service standards
• Ensure exceptional store standards are achieved and maintained
• Have excellent people management skills and performance manage effectively
• Recruit and train your team to the highest standards
The successful candidates will:
• Have an accomplished track record of business growth and development as a Retail Manager
• Have retailing experience in a consultative selling environment, ideally with premium products.
• Be experienced with budgeting, setting and managing individual sales and performance targets for your team
Previous experience of Jewellery and watches is an advantage but not essential as full product training will be given.
